Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% raw virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee hair color or texture will match 100% but we can guarantee the match will be undetectably close. Both our Virgin and Natural Hair hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly pattern. Hair color ranges a natural 1, 1b or 2. Other colours will be specified on the site.

PAYMENT TERMS

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront, unless used with Klarna (see below). We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. 

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All shipping and billing addresses must match or your ordered will not be permitted at checkout until both fields are equal. Also, if you by accident purchase your bundles outside of our discounted luxury packages no price adjustment will be honored.

KLARNA

“In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.”

ORDER PROCESSING

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (UTC+01:00). All orders are processed and shipped within 5 Business days from your purchase date. Orders placed over the weekend will commence processing on the following Monday. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as a business day and should not be considered when calculating shipping times. Once shipped, orders arrive within the shipping specifications selected at checkout.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale, in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card. Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING DELAYS

For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, pandemics or epidemics, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENT / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. All shipments are required to be signed upon delivery. We do not ship to any P.O. Box address. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee the shipping carrier charges us to make the correction.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED, ABANDONED OR INVALID ADDRESSED SHIPMENTS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US. IF YOU RETURN A PACKAGE TO US AT YOUR OWN WILL NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED & YOU WILL NEED TO PAY THE FEE FOR THE POSTAGE TO HAVE US RETURN IT TO YOU.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for any products that we have shipped but you fail to receive. As the case is that we did our part and the tracking number is proof the package has been shipped (with a signature confirmation) we will not issue a refund. What we advise you to do is to further have the post office investigate. A claim would need to be made with the Delivery company (Royal Mail, USPS, etc.) so that they can investigate where your package was actually delivered to and have it retrieved. We do not grant refunds in the likeliness that the shipping carrier has lost your package as that is the result of the carriers carelessness.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required from your local carrier. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.

POLICY CHANGES

Diazi Hair, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms and conditions will: (a) limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from our or your negligence, as applicable; (b) limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) limit or exclude any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.

  1. We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond our reasonable control.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diazi Hair accepts no liability for any of the following:
    1. any business losses, such as loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, goodwill or commercial opportunities;
    2. loss or corruption of any data, database or software;
    3. any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Diazi Hair does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Diazi Hair will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Diazi Hair is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Diazi Hair is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

Images of people or places displayed on the Diazi Hair site are either the property of, or used with permission by, Diazi Hair. Use of these images by you or other third parties is prohibited unless expressly permitted in the Terms of Use or elsewhere on the Diazi Hair site. Any unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes. Any product, service, program or technology described in any document published by Diazi Hair on this site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by Diazi Hair. Any such right that is not expressly licensed hereunder is reserved by Diazi Hair.

SUBMISSIONS

Apart from your personal information, any communication or material you send to the Diazi Hair site, electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions, or submissions is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you send to the Diazi Hair may be used by Diazi Hair for any purpose including but not limited to modification, reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication, broadcast, and posting. By submitting material to Diazi Hair, you irrevocably transfer and assign to Diazi Hair, and forever waive and agree never to assert, any copyrights, "moral" rights, rights of publicity or to privacy, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights that you may have in such material. Diazi Hair is free to use, without obligation of any kind, any ideas, concepts, techniques, or know-how contained in any communication you send to the Diazi Hair site for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services.

GENERAL

  1. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
  2. These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Website from the date of publication. Users should check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with the then current version.
  3. These terms and conditions contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the terms and conditions.
  4. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and conditions and no third party will have any right to enforce or rely on any provision of these terms and conditions.
  5. If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
  6. Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
  7. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
